Audre Bagnall is the chief strategy officer for the mountain region of CommonSpirit where she oversees the planning and service line activities for 20 hospitals in three states. Prior to joining CommonSpirit in 2024, she was the University of Chicago Medical Center’s executive vice president and chief strategy officer. She was responsible for the development of UCMC’s network development strategy, implementation of the organization’s strategic plan, ambulatory facilities planning, clinical program planning and business development. Prior to her role at The University of Chicago, she was vice president of strategic planning at Montefiore in New York City. Earlier in her career, Audre was a health care management consultant, most recently at the Chartis Group where she provided strategic counsel to academic medical centers and large health systems.
