CHRISTINE MALCOLM ANNUAL SYMPOSIUMS
Christine Malcolm was the founding CEO of the Carol Emmott Foundation from 2016 through 2019. Christine was instrumental in helping create the Fellowship Network, a powerful group of women leaders changing, influencing, and impacting the healthcare industry. Established in 2020, the Fellowship Network is the lifelong community created by the women who complete the Carol Emmott Fellowship. The annual symposium is named in her honor.
THE EQUITY COLLABORATIVE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP
The Equity Collaborative is an active, self-driven learning community of large, leading healthcare organizations committed to fully inclusive gender equity within their own organizations and across the health industry.
CAROL EMMOTT FELLOW IMPACT PROJECTS
Nominated by their institution, fellows must be bold and creative thinkers, inspirational and compassionate leaders. Over the course of 14 months, fellows design and lead an impact project at their institutions. The project must enhance the overall wellbeing of the community that the institution serves and be outside of the fellow’s day-to-day role and responsibilities. We hope you are inspired by our Fellows’ ongoing contributions to healthcare and equity.
