Doctor Caroline Davidge-Pitts is an associate professor of medicine and associate practice chair of the division of endocrinology, diabetes, and nutrition at Mayo Clinic Rochester. She is the medical director of the Transgender and Intersex Specialty Care Clinic and is actively involved in clinical care, research and education. She is on the board of directors for the US Professional Association for Transgender Health and previously co-chaired the Endocrine Society’s Transgender Medicine and Research Special Interest Group. Her interests include medical training in transgender health for trainees and she was a member of the transgender health curriculum taskforce for US endocrinology fellowships. Her research interests center around long-term effects of gender-affirming hormone therapy.
