Jessica Liddle, MHA, is the director of enterprise performance and strategic planning. She has been with Johns Hopkins Medicine since 2014 where she currently leads the annual identification of strategically significant system level initiatives. In her role she utilizes an integrated strategic planning process to identify forward looking goals, the strategies necessary to accomplish success, and the internal performance management systems required to guide implementation and evaluate progress. Jessica is an innately curious design thinker that enjoys developing and applying frameworks to work through complex issues, catalyzing teams to establish and realize a vision beyond status quo, and finding synergistic ways to enhance impact.
