Katina Williams is the VP of finance and CFO for The Johns Hopkins Hospital, a world-renowned academic medical center providing tertiary and quaternary care. Katina joined Hopkins in 2021 and oversees a gross revenue budget of more than $3 billion annually. As a member of the hospital’s executive team, she drives financial performance by promoting fiscal accountability, evaluating strategic investments, and leading efficiency and improvement efforts. Prior to her role at Hopkins, Katina served as assistant VP and divisional CFO at Duke University Health System, overseeing network expansion and ambulatory growth. She earned an M.B.A. from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, the country’s largest historically black college and university. She is an active board member of local non-profit organizations and was recognized by the Baltimore community as a 2023 recipient of the Baltimore Business Journal’s “Best in Finance CFO Award.”
