Lauderdale and Associates

Martha Lauderdale holds a Master of Public Administration and has over 25 years experience in organizational development and operational leadership. Prior to her current role, she served as the administrative director of the UCSF Medical Center.  Before that, she was the vice president of the anesthesia, diagnostic, and pharmacy service line for Sutter Health-Palo Alto Medical Foundation.  At Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Lauderdale facilitated the implementation of annual strategy development, deployment, and goal deployment cycles throughout the organization. In addition, she partnered with physician leaders to drive patient centered process improvement in GI, ambulatory surgery centers, primary care, medical specialties, and clinical lab. Before transitioning to healthcare, Lauderdale specialized in implementing lean operating systems and creating centers of excellence in manufacturing and service organizations.
