Fawn Lopez and co-authors of “Unstoppable: Inspiring Stories of Perseverance, Triumph and Joy from Trailblazing Women in Healthcare” have created a Women in Leadership Fund managed by The Carol Emmott Foundation. Proceeds from the book directly contribute to the fund to support crucial initiatives aimed at empowering women in the healthcare industry.

In 2026, two grant winners will be awarded $1,000 each to help subsidize a professional development experience focused on supporting women leaders in the healthcare industry.

This aligns with the charitable purpose of The Carol Emmott Foundation and fosters women leaders’ access to invaluable exposure, knowledge enrichment, and expansive networking opportunities.

To be eligible for the grant, applicants must:

• Be actively employed within the healthcare sector.
• Hold a position ranging from middle management (e.g., manager or director) up to the level of Vice President (VP).
