Douglas Riddle, Foundation Curriculum Director

Douglas Riddle, PhD, DMin, is the former global head of coaching for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). Doug has been published and presented in more than 20 countries on leadership and respectful workplaces. He is the past President of the Society of Consulting Psychology, an American Psychological Association Fellow, a Senior Fellow of CCL, and a long-time mentor for C-Sweetener. Doug has been shaping the curriculum for the Fellowship, the Leadership Council, and The Collaborative since the inception of The Carol Emmott Foundation in 2016.
