Associate Administrator

Jennifer Walter is the Associate Administrator for the equity, inclusion and diversity committee at Mayo Clinic in Rochester Minnesota. She joined Mayo Clinic in 1998 in the department of human resources and held various HR leadership positions. Prior to her current roles, Walter’s was the vice chair of operations for Rochester Primary Care and the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center Practice. Previous positions included serving as the vice chair of administration for Mayo Clinic in Southeast Minnesota and Midwest Primary Care. Walter holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland and is certified as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
