Vicky Tilton is the CNO, VP Patient Care Services, at Valley Children’s Healthcare, a 260 not-for-profit pediatric facility in Central California. In her current role, she is responsible for all nursing, inpatient, and patient care team operational oversight along with championing strategic initiatives associated with patient care delivery. She has been a registered nurse for over 25 years and has held several leadership roles with many outstanding pediatric organizations. Tilton is proud to be an active board member for the Ronald McDonald Charity House. She earned her Doctorate in Executive Nursing Leadership through Purdue University. She is passionate about her teams as well as the patients and families she has the opportunity to serve. Her goals include focusing on advocacy efforts associated with the children, advancing nursing practice, and evolving and continued learning as a transformational leader.
