Known for her integrity and collaborative approach, Brosious has built strong relationships with various stakeholders, including clinical teams and community leaders.

Her notable achievements include leading a joint venture with Acadia Healthcare to enhance behavioral health services, designing an $834 million campus expansion project, and helping lead the creation of the Neuroscience Institute. She earned a BA in Interpersonal Communication Studies from Bloomsburg University of PA and an MHA from Pennsylvania State University.
