Nicole “Nicki” Sandusky McCann started her career in health care policy as committee counsel to the Maryland House of Delegates Appropriations Committee where she provided policy and legal advice related to healthcare to members of the Maryland General Assembly. She currently serves as the Executive VP and Chief Strategy Officer for the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Prior to joining Kennedy Krieger, she was at Johns Hopkins where her most recent role was as the Vice President Provider/Payer Transformation. In this role, she was responsible for collaborating with health system leadership and the provider community to facilitate strategic responses to matters related to the payer market.
