Terri Newmier is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Sanford Health Marshfield Clinic Health System. She leads the health system’s human resources team responsible for talent acquisition, benefits, and compensation. Her work critically supports the Sanford Health’s mission and values by driving strategic initiatives that position the organization as a top employer in the state. She joined Sanford Health Marshfield Clinic in 2001 and served in roles of progressive responsibility since. She holds certifications through the Society for Human Resource Management and HR Certification Institute and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
