Melissa Lam, Chief of Staff

Melissa Lam has worked in healthcare since 2012. She started her healthcare career at Stanford Children’s Health where she held positions ranging from human resources generalist, executive assistant, and project manager. Melissa has worked with The Carol Emmott Foundation’s Equity Collaborative since 2020 and was appointed The Carol Emmott Foundation’s Chief of Staff in October 2022. She graduated with a BS from California State East Bay and holds a Professional Human Resources certificate (PHR).
