The Fellowship Class of 2025 distinguished itself through its ability to convert individual leadership development into collective action. Individual odyssey planning that occurred throughout the 14-month Fellowship program evolved into aligned group-level work, enabling the cohort to translate shared values and strengths into a focused, intentional group impact project.

This is the first Fellowship collective project with real-world relevance and impact. We are excited to announce that the Class of 2025 has just unveiled their work in the form of a playbook they collectively authored, titled: Unapologetic: A Playbook for Women Leaders in Healthcare. This work is a milestone that highlights not only the strength of 24 female executives, but also the Fellowship’s capacity to foster collaboration, accountability, and execution at scale.
